Japanese Restaurant Nagashima

The fish on my Chirashi was not fresh...I've had better in other places.

There is no better place for sushi on the island imo. I treated myself to a birthday dinner. Soup, salad, 3 rolls of sushi special, sapporo beer and dessert.Always fresh, excellent service, amazing staff. I will eat at other places if it's a must but there is only one place that I would choose 100% of the time: Nagashima.

Just discovered this Jem - -i always do take out only way home from work - -great shopping center location place my order and do some errands, card shop, wine store etc. and this waiting for me in 10minutes. FRESH amazing, wish i had time to dine in. Check out their Flying Dragon Rollspicy tuna roll with eel tempura, tobiko, crunchy, scallion, eel sauce and spicy mayo - SO SO good - -i keep going back!

This is by far one of the best Japanese restaurants i have been to. The food is always amazing (and I eat there often) also the Owner, Sushi Chef and Waiter are always friendly, welcoming and and more than accommodating. And OMG! Their ginger dressing on the salads are to die for!!! I would highly recommend a visit.

I’ve been coming here for years and the chef has never one disappointed. He pours true creativity into his food and it’s amazingly delicious. I can’t say enough nice things about this restaurant. Short of going to Manhattan or Japan you’d be hard pressed to find another sushi restaurant as good.

Have been coming to this restaurant for about 20 years and have never had a bad meal. Special rolls are beautifully creative and huge. Their salad dressing is scrumptious.

Average Japanese restaurant. Sushi rolls were nothing to rave about. Fish quality was average. Staff was friendly but could be slightly more attentive about refilling water. Could use bigger selection. There were a lot of daily specials on the wall but very far and small font to read from table. They should provide on menu for more convenience. 3/5 stars.

Amazing Sushi!

Quiet, clean, and great service. The price is a little bit high but the quality of the food is well worth it. Great for a date night, or just bringing your family for great Japanese cuisine.

Nagashima continues to have delicious and amazing food unfortunately they have forgotten the front of tr house is also important and to rug and paperHanging on the walls is off putting I do hope they continue to put asMuch into the impression a diner gets as they do the food otherwise it might be losing customers that don't stay to eat. Cleanliness matters. (9 dollars for 4 clams wow I was shocked )

This cozy restaurant has great ambience and wonderful food. Tasty and inexpensive lunch specials can be phoned in and carried out conveniently. Great presentation. Sushi prepared with pride. Excellent sushi. Visited again... friend tried the Red Lobster Roll... "spicy" & "very good". She liked the Beef Negamaki appetizer. " Don't judge this place by its location or lack of decor, the Food is worth a visit"

Real Japanese food respectful and clean

The real deal. Japanese cuisine from Japan. Amazing hot food and sushi. Get the nagashima lobster. Crab claws , octopus rolls were all excellent.
